Former Black Panther Geronimo Pratt Dies at 63-Years Old

Though he performed two military tours in Viet Nam upon his return to the US Geronimo Pratt was dissatisfied with being treated as a second class citizen and seeing other Blacks in the community being slaughtered by law enforcement, so he decided to make a difference by helping to establish the Black Panthers. Shortly after Johnnie Cochran successfully attained his release, after 27 years of incarceration, based on being falsely accused for a crime he didn't commit, Geronimo Pratt moved his family to Tanzania where he continued to work helping others. He will be remembered as a Freedom Fighter, may he R.I.P.
