Dr. Cone explains how certain unethical, unjust and immoral events of the past are still carried out today, only in a different way, technique and strategy... Dr. Cone further argues that the agenda remains to be the same today as it was in the 1930's...

The  Jim Crow laws  were state and local laws in the US  enacted between 1876 and 1965. They mandated de jure racial segregation in all public facilities, with a supposedly "separate but equal" status for Black Americans. In reality, this led to treatment and accommodations that were usually inferior to those provided for  white Americans , systematizing a number of economic, educational and social disadvantages. It's very unfortunate that though said Jim Crow laws came to a conclusion in 1965 there's still a shadow of Jim Crow law ideology hovering over the "systemic" mindset in the US.
