This story was told not in a way to point out the gross immoral act of taking this Black man's life solely based on his skin color. Instead it was told in a way to promote more hatred towards Black ppl, in the US. Based on how this reporter slowly walked through each detail by dramatizing everything this unintelligent young American did leading up to him taking the life of "another" Black man was done to influence another gullible unintelligent young American to commit the same act or an act of similar proportion.
