I say the latter based on the fact that according to the capitalistic design of the US, Blacks do not control enough resources to sustain a social and economic well being for themselves...

  The question: Are you working for Wall Street that was built off  the backs of African ppl coerced onto ships and taken against their will from the west coast of Africa, brought to the US for the purpose of manifesting FREE manual labor in harvesting cotton, coffee, tobacco and sugar which can be deemed as the initial monetary seed, making the US what it is today?
